LET Schools exists to address one question well: how independent schools should govern AI in a way that is consistent with their wider standards of pastoral care and institutional responsibility.

The practice was established to fill a specific gap. General technology consultants do not understand the sector's safeguarding architecture. Safeguarding generalists do not yet understand the present capability of AI. The independent school sector, uniquely exposed on reputation and pastoral standard, requires both.
LET Schools works with a small number of schools at a time. Engagements are accepted by introduction and following a private conversation with leadership. Materials, client lists and case studies are held in strict confidence.
The orientation is method-led. The standard is safeguarding-first. The work is delivered with the composure expected of a setting of your standing.

Each engagement follows a defined sequence. Outputs are named. Progress is reviewable by governors.
Discreet
Schools are not named. Case material is shared in engagement only and under confidentiality.
